From trim details to fabric rolls, factory management to logistics, Chelsea has managed it all. She has traveled around the globe to gain insight into each stage of manufacturing.
Working with Ibex Outdoor Clothing, Chelsea managed both domestic and global supply chains for seven years, bringing to market a wide range of apparel. She focused on fabric innovation, factory sourcing, and responsible wool traceability. At Darn Tough Socks, Chelsea continued her love of merino manufacturing by managing raw materials for the US sock mill. Chelsea has helped many wool apparel companies to source new factories, improve garment quality, and understand each step of the production process so they can make good decisions. She fosters strong, long lasting, partnerships in the pursuit of the perfect garment.
